Greek Rub

Use as a rub, seasoning, or marinade. Great for lamb, chicken and vegetables. Toss meat in some olive oil and lime juice and add seasoning. 

Perfect to season lamb for gyros to give that extra greek flavor. 

Use as a marinade by adding olive oil and lemon juice.
