Memphis Dust Rub

Use as a rub, seasoning or marinade. Add flavor to chicken, steak and pork. Season chili and side dishes to give a hint of sweetness.

Perfect as a dry rub on ribs. 

Salt meat with a dash of kosher salt and add seasoning. 

Use as a marinade by adding olive oil and lemon juice.
